The Crimson Ghost

The Crimson Ghosts nacen en un escalofriante halloween del 2001, cuando cuatro músicos de la ciudad alemana de Colonia deciden rendir tributo a The Misfits. Tomando el nombre prestado de la legendaria calavera de los iconos del punk de New Jersey. Pero pronto dejaron de ser una banda tributo para componer sus propios temas y así en el 2004 llegaría su primer álbum en estudio titulado "Leaving the Tomb", que saldría editado de la mano de FiendForce sello discográfico especializado en horrorpunk.
Este primer álbum ya contenía himnos zombilicos del calibre de "Reborn of trioxine", aparte de otros muy buenos temas como "Army of the Cenobites" o "King of the Skull Island". Luego llegaría su segundo trabajo en estudio llamado "Carpe Mortem". Ya en el 2008 llegaria su tercer titulado "Dead Eyes can see" donde siguen con su particular estilo rápido, intenso pero a la vez melódico, creando canciones pesadas, llenas de coros luego ha sido editado un split con la banda americana "Die Monster Die" que contiene cuatro canciones, dos por grupo y en las que se versionean los unos a los otros.En este año 2010 terminan de grabar su ultimo disco hasta la fecha llamado "Generation Gore". Así es como The Crimson Ghost a surgido y se a confirmando como una de las mejores bandas de horrorpunk de la actualidad.
